Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate.
• Additional HSE qualifications (IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, etc.) are preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, utilities, or EPC projects.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or managerial HSE role.
• Experience in sewerage networks, pumping stations, utilities, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• UAE experience preferred.

Knowledge/ Skills:

• UAE HSE legislation and regulatory requirements.
• ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems.
• Risk assessment and hazard management.
• Permit-to-Work (PTW), isolation and LOTO requirements.
• Incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• HSE auditing and compliance monitoring.
• Emergency preparedness and response.
• High-risk construction and electrical safety controls.
• Leadership and team management.
• Subcontractor HSE management.
• Client and stakeholder management.
• HSE reporting and presentation skills.

Excellent communication skills in English. Communication skills in Arabic will be considered an added advantage

To lead and manage the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) performance of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with Company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations. The role is responsible for managing HSE risks, preventing incidents, and promoting a strong safety culture throughout the project lifecycle.
