Technical experience with SQL Server and application servers.
DLI HR Works certification or vendor training is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Manage and provide support for all DLI HR Works modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Leave Management, ESS, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Reporting & Compliance.
Administer biometric and time-attendance devices, ensuring accurate and reliable data.
Integrate HR Works with the Infor ERP system to enable seamless payroll processing and cost allocation.
Configure and maintain workflows, notifications, and user access controls to ensure system efficiency and security.
Deliver training to HR users and provide second-level support for Employee Self-Service (ESS).
Prepare statutory, compliance, and custom HR reports as required by management.
Support system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to maintain optimal functionality.
