Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRIS, Computer Science, or related field+I4
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRMS administration, preferably in DLI HR Works.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong functional HR domain knowledge (payroll laws, WPS compliance).
  • Technical experience with SQL Server and application servers.
  • DLI HR Works certification or vendor training is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Manage and provide support for all DLI HR Works modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Leave Management, ESS, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Reporting & Compliance.
  • Administer biometric and time-attendance devices, ensuring accurate and reliable data.
  • Integrate HR Works with the Infor ERP system to enable seamless payroll processing and cost allocation.
  • Configure and maintain workflows, notifications, and user access controls to ensure system efficiency and security.
  • Deliver training to HR users and provide second-level support for Employee Self-Service (ESS).
  • Prepare statutory, compliance, and custom HR reports as required by management.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to maintain optimal functionality.
