Construction Manager with 12–15 years of experience in major operations and EPC project execution

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. 12–15 years of construction management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale infrastructure/building projects.

Knowledge & Skills:

1. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
2. Proficiency in project planning, cost control, and contract administration.
3. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
4. Knowledge of UAE construction laws, authority requirements, and permitting processes.

Excellent communication skills in English. Communication skills in Arabic will be considered an added advantage

To plan, direct, and oversee all construction activities from project inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing multiple projects, coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
