Procurement Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in substation/infrastructure projects in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (with MOHESR equivalency)
• CIPS Procurement Qualification or equivalent is desirable
• SOE membership /  Engineering License will be an added advantage

Knowledge & Skills:

• Procurement processes and contract negotiation
• Local and international supplier markets
• Material specifications and project BOQs
• ERP systems and procurement software
• Negotiation and cost analysis
• Vendor evaluation and management
• Time management and deadline handling
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Handles sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of project materials and services.
• Coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely delivery, and evaluating supplier performance.
• Aligns procurement activities with project specifications and budget.
