Construction Manager with 10–15 years of experience in major operations and EPC project execution

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related (with MOHESR equivalency)
2. Master’s Degree or PMP certification will be an added advantage
3. SOE membership /  Engineering License will be an added advantage

Knowledge & Skills:

1. Construction project management principles
2. Civil, structural, and MEP systems
3. Project scheduling (Primavera/MS Project)
4. Budgeting and resource planning
5. Leadership and team management
6. Strong communication and decision-making skills
7. Problem-solving and conflict resolution
8. Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines

Excellent communication skills in English. Communication skills in Arabic will be considered an added advantage

Leads and supervises overall site construction activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and budget. Coordinates between engineers, subcontractors, and clients.  Monitors progress, resolves site issues, and ensures safety and quality standards compliance.
